Your DemoVexa plan sets how many videos you can make each month, how many workspaces and computers you can use, and whether you can run batches. This page explains the plans, how the allowance works, and where to see your usage.

## Plans

Prices below are current list prices, per month.

| | Trial | Solo | Team | Agency |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Price | Free for 14 days | $29/month | $79/month | $199/month |
| Videos a month | 3 (for the trial) | 20 | 60 | 200 |
| Workspaces | 1 | 3 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Seats | — | — | 3 | 10 |
| Computers | 1 | 2 | 6 | 20 |
| Batch builds | No | Up to 5 | Up to 25 | Unlimited |
| Export and import | No | Yes | Yes | Yes |

Paying yearly costs the price of 10 months.

Every plan, including the trial, makes videos in 16:9, 9:16 and 1:1 and in all 31 languages.

See [pricing](/pricing) for the latest details, and [Billing](/docs/account/billing) to choose or change a plan.

## Your monthly allowance

Your plan's allowance covers videos and renders. It resets every month, counted from the day your subscription started. This is also true on yearly plans: the allowance still resets monthly.

Your account's **Overview** page at [app.demovexa.com](https://app.demovexa.com) shows how much you've used and the date it resets.

## When you reach a limit

When you've used this month's videos, the app won't start a new one. It shows:

"You've used all N videos in this month's allowance. It resets on Nov 13, 2026." (with your own numbers and date)

You'll also get an email. You can wait for the reset date or move to a larger plan (see [Billing](/docs/account/billing)).

## Your AI costs

DemoVexa uses your own Claude and ElevenLabs accounts to write, build and voice your videos. Anthropic and ElevenLabs bill you for that directly. DemoVexa doesn't add a mark-up and doesn't charge you for them.

| Service | What it's used for | How you pay |
|---|---|---|
| Claude (Anthropic) | Briefs, scripts, scene plans, building the animation, posts, covers | Your Claude login, or an Anthropic API key billed at API prices |
| ElevenLabs | Voiceovers | Your ElevenLabs plan |

In **Settings → Claude → Model** you can trade quality against cost: Claude Opus 5.5 gives the best videos, and Claude Sonnet 5.5 costs about half. See [Settings](/docs/settings/settings#claude).

> [!NOTE]
> Your Claude login is for your own use only. If you sell videos as a service or share the studio with a team, use an Anthropic API key.

## The Usage page in the app

The **Usage** page in DemoVexa (press <kbd>⌘</kbd> <kbd>3</kbd>, on Windows/Linux <kbd>Ctrl</kbd> <kbd>3</kbd>) shows what you've spent on Claude and ElevenLabs for the current workspace. Choose **This month**, **Last 30 days** or **All time**.

### Tiles

| Tile | What it shows |
|---|---|
| **Claude (API-equivalent)** | What your Claude use cost, or would cost at API prices |
| **Agent builds** | Your video builds |
| **ElevenLabs** | Your live ElevenLabs quota and its reset date |
| **Renders** | Your renders |

### Charts

- **Claude per day**
- **By task**
- **By project**
- **Recent**

When you use your Claude login, the dollar figures are API-equivalent estimates. You're not billed those amounts; they show what the same work would cost with an API key.

### Usage page or account Overview?

The two show different things:

- The **Usage** page in the app shows your AI costs: Claude and ElevenLabs.
- The **Overview** page of your account shows your DemoVexa allowance: videos and renders used this month, and when it resets.
