What it does in your video workflow
Deepgram Aura narration uses a provider API key supplied by the user. Model and language availability can change.
This is a speech provider for narration, separate from the AI that writes or builds a video. Select it for a video's voiceover, check language and voice availability, and regenerate narration if the script or voice changes.
Connect and verify it
Use App settings → Voice providers or Workspace settings → Voice providers. Add or select the provider, set the primary voice provider, and choose a voice in the video or the workspace's Language & narration step. Generate a short sample and listen for pronunciation and timing before building.
Provider access, model and voice availability, usage limits and charges can change. Check the provider's current account terms and test the connection before relying on it for a delivery date.
Example setup and review
Save and test your key, choose Deepgram as the primary voice provider, select a listed voice, and generate a short line before narrating the full script.
Keep the API key private and monitor provider usage. Word highlighting may be estimated; listen to audio and verify captions rather than treating highlighted words as exact timestamps.
