Placeholder text, to be reviewed by a lawyer. This page describes how DemoVexa is intended to work and is not yet a binding legal document.
DemoVexa is a desktop application. It is designed so that your source code, documents, voiceovers, projects and rendered videos stay on your own computer. This policy explains what little data we do process, and what goes to the third-party AI services you connect.
01Data that stays on your computer
Your code folders, docs, briefs, scripts, generated video code, audio and renders are stored locally by the app. We do not upload them to DemoVexa servers. Your Anthropic and ElevenLabs API keys are stored in your operating system's keychain.
02Data sent to AI providers you connect
To make a video, the app sends data directly from your computer to the providers you configure, under your own accounts:
- Anthropic (Claude): the parts of your code, docs and brief needed to write the script and build the video.
- ElevenLabs: the script text to be spoken, and the voice you choose.
Those providers process this data under their own terms and privacy policies, which you accept when you create your accounts with them.
03Data we process for your account
When you create an account we process your name, email address, plan and billing status, the devices activated on your licence, and basic usage counts needed to apply plan limits (for example the number of videos rendered). Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
04This website
This site does not use advertising trackers. Your theme preference (light or dark) is stored in your browser. If we add privacy-friendly analytics, this section will list them.
05Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your account data at any time by emailing privacy@demovexa.com. Data on your own computer is yours to keep or delete.
