The checker compares only the dimensions, duration, and file size you enter. It does not inspect a video file.

App Store preview checker and reference

Enter the exported video's pixel width, height, duration, and file size. The checker compares these values with the reference rules below. It does not upload or inspect your file, codec, frame rate, audio, or content.

How to use it

  • Choose the target device family and orientation, then enter the exported dimensions.
  • Enter the video's duration and file size.
  • Use the result as a preflight, then verify the current App Store Connect requirements before submission.

How it works

Apple's reference lists accepted resolutions by device class, a 15–30 second duration, and a 500 MB maximum file size. This checker covers the pixel dimensions, duration, and file size only. It does not guarantee acceptance; requirements can change and App Store Connect may validate additional technical details.
