Refer & earn
Share your personal link or invite people by email, and get $5 credit on your next invoice when someone you invited makes their first payment.
Invite people who'd find DemoVexa useful. When someone you invited pays for a plan for the first time, you get $5 credit, and it comes off your next invoice.
#How it works
- Share your link. Send your personal link to people, or invite them by email from your account.
- They subscribe. They sign up through your link, try DemoVexa free, then pay for a plan.
- You get $5 credit. After their first payment, our team approves the credit, usually within a few days. It's used on your next invoice.
The person you invite gets the usual free trial.
#Your link
- Sign in to your account at app.demovexa.com and open Refer & earn.
- Choose Copy next to your link, or use the share buttons to post it with a ready-written message.
Your link looks like app.demovexa.com/r/abcd2345. It opens the DemoVexa website, and the visit is remembered on that browser for 60 days, so the person can look around, download the app and sign up later. If they open more than one person's link, the last one counts.
#Invite by email
On the Refer & earn page, type up to 5 email addresses under Invite by email and choose Send. Each person gets a short email from you, through DemoVexa, with your link; replies come back to you.
We skip addresses that already have a DemoVexa account, that unsubscribed from our emails, or that someone invited in the last 30 days. You can send up to 5 times an hour and 10 times a day.
#Who you referred
Refer & earn lists everyone who signed up through your link, with a status:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Signed up | They have an account, and haven't paid yet. |
| Paid — awaiting approval | They made their first payment. Our team checks it and adds your credit, usually within a few days. |
| $5 credited | The credit is on your account. |
| Not eligible | It didn't qualify, for example a second account of your own. |
The page also shows how many people signed up and paid, the credit you've earned, and the credit on your account now.
#Your credit
Credit sits on your account and comes off your next invoice automatically: you see it on the invoice, and under Plan & billing. If it's more than one invoice, the rest carries over to the next. Credit has no cash value and can't be paid out. See Billing.
If you're in someone else's team, the team owner pays for the plan, so your credit is used once you pay for a plan of your own.
#Rules
- Credit is earned once per person, after their first payment. Sign-ups and free trials don't earn credit.
- No self-referrals, second accounts or invites to yourself. We may withhold or remove credit if we see abuse, or if the payment is refunded or disputed.
- We can pause the programme or change the amount. Credit you've already earned stays on your account.
