Posts, blog and covers
Write ready-to-post copy for each platform, a full blog post, and cover images for your video.
The Publish step writes the copy you need to share the video: a post for each platform, a blog post, and cover images. Everything is written from your brief and script, and you can edit any of it before you copy it out.
#Write the posts
- Click Write the posts.
- Open each platform's tab, read the copy and edit anything you like. Changes save automatically.
- Copy each part into the platform.
Character counters next to the fields show how much room you have left.
#What you get for each platform
| Tab | Fields |
|---|---|
| Post, Hashtags, First comment, plus Copy post | |
| Caption, hashtags, Alt text | |
| YouTube / YouTube Shorts | Title (up to 100 characters), Description (up to 5,000 characters), Tags |
| Blog | A full blog post (see below) |
Tip
The LinkedIn First comment is a good place for a link. Post it as the first comment under your post rather than in the post itself.
#The blog post
On the Blog tab, click Write the blog post. Claude writes a full article about what the video shows, along with the fields you need to publish it.
| Field | What it's for |
|---|---|
| SEO title | The title search engines show |
| Slug | The end of the post's web address |
| Focus keyword | The main search term the post is written for |
| Meta description | The short summary search engines show under the title |
| Related keywords | Other terms the post covers |
| Tags | Tags for your blog |
| Excerpt | A short summary for blog listings |
The post itself has Preview and Edit views. To use it:
- Copy Markdown for a blog that takes Markdown.
- Copy HTML for one that takes HTML.
- Download it as a
.mdfile.
The post comes with images, including a featured image.
#Rewrite the copy
If the copy isn't right, use Ask Claude for a rewrite:
- To change something specific, type a note such as "Make LinkedIn more personal" or "Shorter Instagram caption", then click Revise.
- To start over, click Rewrite all and Claude writes every post again.
#Covers
The covers card makes cover images for the platforms from your video.
- Click Make the covers. This needs a built video (for an Event Recap, uploaded media).
- Wait for the three PNG images:
- YouTube thumbnail
- LinkedIn cover
- Instagram Reel cover
- Click Download PNG on each one you need.
#Change a cover's text
- Click Edit text.
- Change the Headline, the Blue words (the words to highlight) and the Label.
- Click Apply my text.
#Ask Claude to change the covers
Under Ask Claude…, type what you want changed and click Revise. With the note left empty, the button reads Redo and makes the covers again.
Note
Posts, blog posts and cover headlines are written in the video's language. Your product name and module names stay as they are. See Languages.
